Located near gate six and Lincoln Elementary School, Lee Village includes 404 two-story, one, two, three, and four bedroom homes for Enlisted Soldiers.  Lee Village is also close to gate seven and features a shoppette and gas station on the corner which includes a clothes care  center.   You will find the Self Help Store in this area and several playgrounds within walking distance.

Located adjacent to Lee Village,  Pierce Village includes 630 two-story townhomes, ranging in size from three to five bedrooms for Junior NCOs. Neighborhood is adjacent to Gate 7 within walking distance of the shoppete and the Clothes Care Center. You will also find the self help store and  children's play area.

The Woodlands is FCFH's new development.  This neighborhood features 521 Junior and Senior Enlisted homes.  These four bedroom homes feature a computer room, attached garage and a six-foot privacy fence in the back yard.  As like all of our homes on Fort Campbell, these homes feature all Energy Star rated appliances.  Located near Gate 10, the Woodlands will also be home to a new Community Center that will house a Starbucks.

Located adjacent to Jackson Elementary School, Werner Park includes 508 single story duplex homes for Company Grade Officers and Junior and Senior NCOs. This pedestrian friendly neighborhood is surrounded by shade trees and play grounds. Within walking distance of two elementary schools and the high school. A stone throw away is the Golf Course and Dolan Pool, and Hooper Bowling Alley.

The Community of Hammond Heights consists of mulitple home types, all designed to make you feel more at home.  Hammond Heights is also home to our flag ship community center The Village Commons. Dedicated in August 2006, this community center  has 8,333 square feet  which includes our Community Offices, Starbucks Coffee, Meeting Rooms & Fitness Center.
